Journaling, for me, used to be a source of frustration. I thought I was 'supposed to' chart every action of every day, which became a tedious exercise and never yielded any real revelations. But after my 'Silent Weekend', journaling took on a completely new meaning for me.

Now I journal constantly. I realize that many of my writings are records of God's words to me literally. I've learned a lot through journaling and I am often even able to encourage myself when I read past writings.

I'm interested to learn how journaling has impacted your life and if you're had any opportunities to surprise yourself with your writings? Do share. Q!
