Yes it needs to be a NEW journal to document this, your NEW journey.
You need a journal that you feel drawn to. Do you want it lined or do you prefer blank pages? Do you need a lock or do you already have a private place to store it?
So pick a date, go to your favorite bookstore and browse the stacks.
Find a journal that stands out, with the cover you like, in the colors that attract you. The object here is to select a journal that you can feel bonded to. This journal will be your confidante over the next few months.
There is only 1 requirement of your new journal.
Your New Journal MUST NOT BE a guided journal. Guided journals have open ended questions or phrases that provoke thought.
Have your journal with you during all of our events, including our radio show, our live Video Chats, or whenever you visit the site. I'm sure there will be something you want to take note of each time you connect with us.
