There are 7 basic areas of relationship in our lives. Each area must be addressed separately because they each have their own set of goals, values, benefits, challenges and focus areas.

 

We have named each area in terms of our ultimate goal: learning to love ourselves completely and unconditionally. So, let's begin by just acknowledging the 7 areas of your life.
