 So, What's Up With Women? Have You Noticed?

  • Heart Disease: #1 killer of Women 250k women die annually (1/3 of all deaths in women are attributed to heart disease. Heart disease is exacerbated by stress.)

  • 13 million women suffer from Depression (19 Million total in America)

  • 13 million women suffer from Anxiety (19 Million total in America)

  • 64.5 million people in America are Overweight

  • 40 million people suffer from Sleep Disorders

  • 8 million women suffer from Phobias/Fears (11.5 Million total in America)

  • 6 Million (85% of all cases are women) people endure Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 

  • 5.2 million people suffer from some sort of Post Traumatic Stress

  • Women attempt Suicide 3 times more often than men (11th leading cause of death in the US)

  • 5.3 million women suffer from Anorexia  while 6 Million women suffer from Bulimia

  • 2.4 million people suffer from Panic Disorders

  • #1 Disability in America - STRESS
 
I've Come This Far by Faith

 

Applying Self-Love in all 7 areas of my life has helped me to overcome Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Anxiety, Depression, Herniated Discs, Sleep disorders, a prognosis of Lifelong Physical Pain, Low Self-Esteem, Low Self-Confidence, Failed Relationships and Financial Devastation.

 

Living a life of Self-Love is not a destination...it's a journey.
